June 21 (UPI) -- The Boss knows how to honor his fellow Jerseymen.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band played the entire "Born to Run" album Thursday at their show at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, England and Springsteen said it was for "Our good friend James Gandolfini," according to NJ.com.

Steve Van Zandt, a member of the E Street Band and the actor who played "Silvio" on "The Sopranos," had tweeted earlier that day, “I have lost a brother and a best friend."

Gandolfini, 51, died suddenly in Rome on Wednesday of an apparent heart attack.
