The Bachelorette: Desiree discovers suitor has a girlfriend

One of Des Hartsock's suitors unexpectedly got the boot during Monday night's "Bachelorette" episode.

It all began when this season's Bachelorette - Desiree aka Des - got a call from host Chris Harrison who told her he had "bizarre news." Cut to Des getting into her car and driving off to the manor to meet Brian, one of her suitors.

At the manor, Des asked Brian if he had been truthful to her during his time on the show, to which he answered he had nothing to hide. Seconds later Harrison approached Des and Brian accompanied by Stephanie, a former Playboy Playmate who happens to be Brian's current girlfriend.

Stephanie and Brian proceeded to spend a few minutes arguing whether they were dating or on a break. But after the alleged girlfriend disclosed that she and Brian spent the night together just two nights before he went on the show, Des was so disappointed she decided it was time for him to leave.

The episode continued with Des going on a group date with the guys. In the end, the Bachelorette let two other suitors go. Next week, Des and the men will head to the Jersey Shore.
