Snooki's changing, post-diet look on display in new Instagram photo

Since giving birth to her son and losing more than 40 pounds, the "Jersey Shore's" most popular character has opted for sleeker, more sophisticated styles than the big hair and heavy make up that made her famous.

On Monday, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi posted an unusually mature Instagram photo of herself posing in a long, white gown on the set of her new cover shoot for Annex magazine.

"My @annexmag cover shoot comes out in 2 days!" the caption read.

Polizzi told US Weekly back in March that she'd lost weight for herself as well as her fiance, Jionni LaValle.

"I lost it for me," the 25-year-old reality star said. "But I also wanted Jionni to know that I can be hot as a mom."
