Uchitel's husband, Matt Hahn is demanding custody of the couple's 1-year-old daughter as well as child and spousal support.
In his divorce filings, Hahn claimed "cruel and inhuman treatment... such that the conduct of the defendant [Uchitel] endangers the mental wellbeing of the plaintiff [Hahn] as renders it unsafe or improper for the plaintiff to cohabit with the defendant."
The couple reportedly had a series of explosive arguments, at least one that ended with Uchitel calling the police to their New York City home after he allegedly shoved her while she was holding their daughter. She did not end up filing charges.
Hahn, a former Penn State football player, claims Uchitel slapped him.
"Cruel and inhumane treatment?! Rachel is shocked," a source close to Uchitel said. "Google is his lawyer. He loves the press and was on Millionaire Matchmaker."
“The lawyer obviously told Matt to beef this up to get sympathy and hope a judge would give him custody I’m assuming,” the source claimed.
Hahn's filing asks for "equitable distribution of marital assets," but likely won't involve any remaining money from her settlement with Tiger Woods.
