She seemingly couldn't get the oversight out of her mind, apologizing repeatedly to her fiancee, Brandon Blackstock from the stage.
"This is my first official country... thing," she said, sending the audience into giggles. "I've been nervous all day because I wanted to be good for you."
Fortunately, Clarkson's misplaced ring -- a canary yellow diamond that reportedly cost Blackstock $150,000 -- turned up later that day.
