The 36-year-old rapper, who celebrated his birthday with a star-studded NYC party over the weekend, snapped at photographers following him in the city.
"Don't ask me questions, man!" West told a paparazzo, according to video obtained by TMZ.
When the pap said goodbye and wished the rapper a happy birthday, West said: "Shut up! Don't ever talk!"
In other Yeezy news, the performer also hosted a private listening party on a loading dock in Manhattan's meatpacking district on Monday.
According to Perez Hilton, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes and Timbaland showed up to hear tracks from "Yeezus."
West explained the seemingly egotistical album name to attendees: "I want to explain something about the album title. Simply put, 'West' was my slave name and 'Yeezus' is my god name."
Entertainment Weekly's Leah Greenblatt described the event:

I have a plan to sell more music, it's called 'make better music.'") and something about Lindsay Lohan and Jessica Simpson's clothing lines — before he wrapped with "I had to learn about giving, this whole album is about giving... this whole process is about giving ... NO F***S AT ALL.
