Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez spotted at breakfast

Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Former couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were spotted at breakfast Sunday.

The 23-year-old singer and 25-year-old actress stepped out to Joi Cafe in Westlake Village, Calif., where they were seen chatting and drinking smoothies, according to TMZ.

TMZ also reported Bieber and Gomez attended church together after their meal. The pair left together, with Bieber later showing up at Gomez's house.

The outing follows news Bieber and Gomez, who is dating singer The Weeknd, hung out with mutual friends Oct. 22 at Gomez's home. People confirmed the pair are back in touch and spending time together.

"Justin lost touch with Selena for a while, but they are communicating again," a source said.

"He visited her at home last week," the insider added. "They spent a few hours together as friends. He was very worried after learning about her kidney transplant. He is so relieved they she is doing well."

Bieber and Gomez split in 2014 after several years of on-again, off-again dating. The actress was first linked in January to The Weeknd, who is reportedly comfortable with Bieber and Gomez hanging out together.
