March 17 (UPI) -- Life in Pieces star Thomas Sadoski has revealed he quietly married his pregnant fiancee, Mean Girls icon Amanda Seyfried, this week. Sadoski made the announcement on Thursday's edition of The Late Late Show with James Corden.

The host was attempting to congratulate the actor on his baby news, saying, "Amanda, your..."
"My wife," Sadoski replied, holding up his hand, which had a gold band on the left ring finger.
"When did you get married?" a surprised-looking Corden wanted to know, as the audience clapped and cheered.
"Sunday... We eloped. We just took off into the country with an officiant and, just the two of us, and we did our thing," Sadoski explained. "She's the person I love, admire and respect the most in the world and I know that you guys are close friends and she would want you to know, so just keep it quiet and don't tell anybody."
The couple began dating in early 2016.
