Feb. 17 (UPI) -- Christie Brinkley and her daughters stunned on the red carpet Thursday in New York.

The 63-year-old model and daughters Alexa Ray Joel, 31, and Sailor Brinkley Cook, 18, attended the 2017 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue launch at Center415 in Manhattan.

Brinkley turned heads in a fitted red jumpsuit, with Alexa in a leopard-print minidress and Sailor in a black dress with feather detail. The supermodel mom and her daughters were all smiles as they posed for photos.

"I'm constantly inspired to stay fit because of my kids. We're gonna go skiing next week, and I want to keep up," the star, who is also mom to 21-year-old son Jack, told USA Today at the event.

Brinkley appears with Joel and Cook in the new Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. She first appeared on the cover of the magazine's 1979 swimsuit edition, and has returned in numerous issues since.

"[I] never thought I'd be posing with my daughters 38 years after my debut," the model told Fox News.

"[A] Sports Illustrated editor came up with the idea for [the] mom and daughters shoot," she shared. "[The editor] saw Sailor and thought she was my mini-me [and] Alexa has [a] Sofia Loren look."

Brinkley shares Alexa with second husband Billy Joel, Jack with third husband Richard Taubman and Sailor with fourth husband Peter Cook. Sailor, an aspiring model, asked fans in August to stop comparing her to her mother.

"Everyone needs to stop putting me and my siblings and me and my mother in competition," she wrote on Instagram. "I believe comparison will kill you. Comparison to others is toxic and unhealthy."
