Beyonce continues performing after tearing earlobe during show

NEW YORK, Oct. 16 (UPI) -- Beyonce tore an earlobe while performing at a concert in Brooklyn, but she continued singing and dancing despite the pain.

Us Weekly reported the incident happened at the Tidal X: 1015 charity show, which also featured mini-sets by Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys and Lauryn Hill.

The recording artist's earring got caught in her long braid and ripped though her ear. She wiped away the blood, looked at it on her hand and went on with the show.

Billboard.com said Beyonce's representatives had no comment about the mishap.
