INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Every Raw title was on the line Sunday during the red brand's first solo pay-per-view event, WWE Clash of Champions.

Taking place inside the Bankers Life Fieldhouse arena in Indianapolis, Ind., the highlight of Clash of Champions was the highly-competitive Triple Threat match for the Raw Women's Championship between title holder Charlotte and challengers Sasha Banks and Bayley.

Friendships were tested during the bout as Banks and Bayley, who have become partners in recent weeks, came to blows as they both chased the opportunity to become the new Raw Women's Champion.

Charlotte, accompanied by her protege Dana Brooke, was able to secure the victory however and continue an impressive 12-0 undefeated pay-per-view streak after she nailed Bayley with a big boot to the face for the three count.

The win came after multiple interferences from Brooke and close calls as each competitor had victory within their grasp multiple times. "12-0 at WWE PPV matches!!" the company noted on Twitter alongside a clip of Charlotte heading to the back as she gripped her title alongside Brooke.

In the main event, Kevin Owens defended his newly won Universal Championship against Seth Rollins. The two met in the ring for the second time after Owens beat Rollins during a a Fatal 4-Way Elimination match on Raw that saw WWE COO Triple H return in order to help Owens win the match.

While Triple H did not appear this time to ensure his victory, Owens was eventually joined by his self-proclaimed best friend Chris Jericho who altered the match in the champ's favor.

After Jericho helped Owens escape defeat and a referee was knocked out cold, Raw commissioner Stephanie McMahon emerged to send out a new referee in order to finish the match. Distracted, Rollins was then thrown in the air for Owen's signature Pop-Up Powerbomb for the victory.

Still your @WWE Universal Champion, @FightOwensFight!! Still his best friend, @IAmJericho!," WWE wrote on Twitter alongside a photo of Owens and Jericho celebrating with the WWE Universal Title in hand.

Other highlights from Clash of Champions include the New Day retaining their Raw Tag Team Championships against Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, newly crowned Cruiserweight Champion T.J. Perkins defeating Brian Kendrick and Roman Reigns earning the United States Championship after besting Rusev.
