The clip released Tuesday, gives fans a side-by-side comparison of the graphical differences between the original Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City and their new remastered counterparts.

As seen in the footage, Return to Arkham gives the classic titles brighter colors, greater definition and a more detailed look for environments and certain characters.

First revealed back in May, the game was delayed to allow WB Games enough time to "deliver a polished Batman Arkham game experience."

Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, originally released in 2009 and 2011, has players take on the role of Batman as he deals with a collection of his most dangerous foes including The Joker, Harley Quinn, Two-Face, Penguin, Scarecrow and many more.

Outside of Return to Arkham, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have also announced during a new virtual reality title, Batman: Arkham VR that allows players to "experience Gotham City through the eyes of the World's Greatest Detective."
