NASHVILLE, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- Taylor Swift reported for jury duty in Nashville on Monday, arriving at the downtown criminal courthouse with security in tow.

Other potential jurors say Swift posed for pictures with fans before being dismissed by the judge around 1 p.m.

"She didn't have a problem with taking pictures," said Michael Washington, another potential juror. "If she didn't want to be there, she didn't act like it."

Swift's pending sexual assault case in Colorado gave her an out in this case, which involves a man charged with aggravated rape.

In Swift's own suit, she alleges she was assaulted by a DJ backstage during a concert in 2013.
