Nicolas Cage spotted on date after split from Alice Kim

LOS ANGELES, June 29 (UPI) -- Nicolas Cage is dating again following his split from Alice Kim.

The 52-year-old actor was spotted at dinner Friday with a mystery woman in a kimono, news outlets reported this week.

Cage and his date enjoyed sushi at Asanebo restaurant and were seen sharing a kiss during the meal. The pair attended Carrot Top's show in Las Vegas the next day, according to TMZ.

The Ghost Rider star's rep had announced Cage's separation from Kim just hours before the actor's date. The couple, who split in January, were married nearly 12 years and share 10-year-old son Kal-el.

"I made a very clear decision to marry out of my own Zip code," Cage said of the Korean-born Kim in a 2013 interview with the Guardian. "I mean, way out of my own Zip code. I married into another culture."

Cage, the nephew of director Francis Ford Coppola, was previously wed to actress Patricia Arquette and singer Lisa Marie Presley. The actor will next appear in Snowden with Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
