Stephanie McMahon penning WWE memoir

STAMFORD, Conn., May 17 (UPI) -- Stephanie McMahon is penning a memoir that will chronicle her career in the WWE, the company announced Monday.

"Stephanie's inspirational memoir reveals her life growing up behind the scenes in WWE and the story of her journey to becoming Chief Brand Officer ā€” including her successes and failures in the business world ā€” and valuable advice for anyone working in a challenging industry today," WWE said in a statement.

"Growing up in the world of WWE has been an incredible journey that has really only just started," McMahon added. "I'm thrilled to be able to fulfill a lifelong dream and share an inside look into WWE in my upcoming memoir."

The former Women's Champion also announced her upcoming book on Twitter writing, "Excited to share the news: I'm writing a memoir of my life growing up in @WWE! #StayTuned for more info," alongside a photo of herself pointing to an article on the announcement on her laptop while sitting inside a business room.

The memoir will be published by Regan Arts with no release date set.

McMahon has been surrounded by WWE wrestlers her entire life, growing up as the daughter of chairman and CEO Vince McMahon. Stephanie began appearing on live WWE programming starting in 1999 during the brand's much beloved Attitude Era.

As she climbed the corporate ladder behind-the-scenes, Stephanie has been seen on camera throughout the years alongside her husband, 14-time World Heavyweight Champion and current Chief Operating Officer Triple H; feuding with family members, including brother Shane McMahon; as the general manager of SmackDown and Raw and currently as one of the head's of the villainous Authority.
