"To all who have extended congrats and well wishes, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Love, Mr. & Mrs. Byers," she continued.

As first reported by TMZ, the couple wed on Thursday inside a lavish mansion located on Grand Cayman Island. Reportedly 50 people attended the ceremony.

"It was a beautiful wedding filled with family and close friends," a source detailed to E! News about the wedding. "Some cast members from Empire were there. Grace looked stunning."

Gealey and Byers met on the set of Empire and were engaged over the summer with Gealey confirming the news in October of 2015 while appearing on an episode of Tyra Banks' FabLife."I think that if you do get involved at your workplace, you have to know that this is something that you want to be invested in, and this is just not just something that is frivolous and fleeting," Gealey said at the time.

On Empire, Gealey portrays Anika Calhoun, the former fiancee to Terrance Howard's character Lucious Lyon while Byer plays Lyon's son Andre.
