LOS ANGELES, March 17 (UPI) -- Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski appeared to confirm romance rumors Wednesday in Los Angeles.

The 30-year-old actress and 39-year-old actor were spotted kissing during a lunch date at Cheebo, an Italian restaurant on Sunset Boulevard, and later took Seyfried's dog Finn on an outing to an off-leash park.

Seyfried and Sadoksi were first linked this month when they were spotted together on the set of The Last Word. The rumored couple share a love of dogs and were also seen playing with Finn at the time.

"Amanda and Thomas are definitely dating right now. She's no longer single," a source recently told Us Weekly of the Mean Girls star.

Seyfried and Sadoski co-starred in the off-Broadway play The Way We Get By in 2015 and reconnected on The Last Word set. The actress will play a journalist who strikes up a friendship with a retired businesswoman (Anne Heche).

The pair's cozy lunch follows Seyfried's split from boyfriend Justin Long. She and the 37-year-old actor were together two years before splitting in September, and Seyfried previously admitted it can be challenging to date another actor.

"Making movies is two solid months of 12-, 14-hour days. I mean, it can ruin your relationship," she said in the June issue of Vogue magazine.

Sadoski, who is known for playing Don Keefer on HBO series The Newsroom, split from wife Kimberly Hope in 2015 after eight years of marriage. He plays Matt Short on CBS sitcom Life in Pieces, which airs Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. ET.
