Entertainer Frank Sinatra Jr. dies at 72

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., March 16 (UPI) -- Entertainer Frank Sinatra Jr. died Wednesday of a massive heart attack in a Daytona Beach hospital. He was 72.

TMZ confirmed the news with Sinatra's publicist, who said the performer canceled a scheduled show because he wasn't feeling well and headed to the hospital.

Born Francis Wayne Sinatra in New Jersey, he was the son of screen icon Frank Sinatra and his first wife, Nancy Barbato Sinatra. He was the younger brother of singer-actress Nancy Sinatra, and the older sibling of television producer Tina Sinatra.

In addition to working as a singer, songwriter and conductor, Sinatra Jr. also appeared on the TV shows Adam-12, Son of the Beach and The Sopranos.
