PARIS, March 9 (UPI) -- Selena Gomez found herself stuck in a elevator Tuesday while she was in France for Paris Fashion Week.

The pop star documented the scary situation live-tweeting a video highlighting the moments leading up to her eventual escape. "That time we got stuck in an elevator in Paris...," Gomez captioned the clip.

The 19-second video features a man manually opening the doors to the lift between floors so that everyone could crawl out and escape safely.

Gomez is seen earlier asking if perhaps talking would suck up all of their oxygen. As the doors open, the 23-year-old and her crew happily scream and applaud excited to finally be free.

While attending Paris Fashion Week, Gomez also made headlines for an accidental wardrobe malfunction she suffered while stepping out wearing a revealing plunging neckline ensemble.

The singer seemingly took the malfunction in stride however posting shots of the outfit on Instagram writing "It's fun to look cool sometimes."

Gomez will next be seen starring in the comedy sequel Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising out in theaters May 20.
