NEW YORK, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Actress Taryn Manning of Orange Is The New Black fame is demanding $10 million in damages from the city of New York for what she says was a false arrest.
Manning, 37, was handcuffed in November 2014 after a woman accused of stalking the star alleged she had sent her threatening text messages, violating a restraining order.
