LOS ANGELES, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Anne Hathaway debuted new, blonde hair Sunday on Instagram.
The 33-year-old actress, who is a natural brunette, shared a photo of her dyed strawberry blonde locks. She tucked her tresses under a fedora, writing, "Be honest. Did I unwittingly dress like a fashion scarecrow this morning?"
Hathaway still had dark hair when she co-hosted the L.A. Art Show and Los Angeles Fine Art Show opening night party Jan. 27. The event marked her first red carpet appearance since word broke in November that she and husband Adam Shulman are expecting their first child.
"I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely," she previously told Vogue. "I think about it all the time, though it's a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I'll be depends on the kind of children I have. I can't wait to meet them."
Sources told E! News Hathaway is due in March and planning to keep "healthy and active" until the baby is born. She and Shulman reportedly chose "natural and pastel colors" for their future son or daughter's "classic and simple" nursery.
"Anne has more time now with her husband and preparing for the baby," an insider said. "Adam has been really helpful and is so excited for the baby. Adam and Anne are doing great as a couple and this whole baby process is a bonding experience for them both."
Hathaway last starred in The Intern with Robert De Niro, and will next appear in Alice Through the Looking Glass with Mia Wasikowska and Johnny Depp. She is also slated for Colossal with Dan Stevens and Jason Sudeikis.
