NEW YORK, Feb. 4 (UPI) -- A New York judge decided Wednesday to drop lawsuits from Kesha's producer Dr. Luke against her mom and manager amid an ongoing lawsuit accusing him of sexual and drug-associated abuse.
The lawsuits were brought to the New York Supreme Court in October 2014 alleging Kesha's mother Pebe Sebert, and manager Jack Rovner, encouraged the singer to try to forcefully escape her recording contract. The two lawsuits were dropped this week due to lack of jurisdiction.
