The rich and famous looking for housing in Hollywood often find their best prospects have been owned by other stars.

Here's a look at some of the most famous celebrity house swaps.

The couple, who are expecting their first child together, reportedly purchased Rihanna's old Beverly Hills house for $14.1 million.

The Hunger Games darling famously bought Jessica Simpson's five-bedroom pad in Los Angeles for $7 million in 2014. The custom-made mansion was built in 1991 and includes designing touches from Rachel Ashwell's Shabby Chic couture store.

Producer Dr. Dre is probably one of few people who could afford Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's $50 million property in Los Angeles. Dre and his wife, Nicole, purchased the 14,300-square-foot estate in 2014.

In 2014 the reality star bought Justin Bieber's infamous Calabasas mansion. Bieber decided to sell the property after being charged for throwing eggs at a neighbor's front door.

The singer turned fashion designer paid $11.5 million for the Osbourne's Hidden Hills home in 2013. The sale was reportedly a deal as Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne paid $12.4 million for the six-bedroom property in 2007.

The couple purchased a 5.42-acre compound from Eddie Murphy in 2014. Keys and Beatz are selling the 25,000-square-foot mansion. Asking price: $14.9 million.
