LOS ANGELES, Jan. 11 (UPI) -- Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino was criticized on on social media Sunday for a glaring mistake during his Golden Globe acceptance speech on behalf of The Hateful Eight composer Ennio Morricone.
Tarantino, who was accepting the award for Best Original Score for Morricone, incorrectly stated that the composer had "never won an award for any one individual movie at a U.S. awards show."
