Boba Fett voice actor Jason Wingreen dead at 95

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 2 (UPI) -- Brooklyn-born actor and World War II veteran Jason Wingreen has died at the age of 95.

His son Ned told The Hollywood Reporter Friday the man who played Harry the bartender on All in the Family and Archie Bunker's Place died Dec. 25.

Wingreen was a frequent television guest star, appearing in multiple episodes each of The Untouchables, The Twilight Zone, The Fugitive, The FBI and Ironside. He was seen on In the Heat of the Night and Seinfeld, as well.

He also memorably provided the voice of the bounty hunter Boba Fett in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. His other film credits include The Bravados, A Guide for the Married Man, Marlowe, They Only Kill Their Masters, The Terminal Man, Airplane! and Oh, God! You Devil.
