BRUNSWICK, N.C., Nov. 25 (UPI) -- The ex-husband of Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested Monday in North Carolina.

Courtland Keith Rogers, 29, was apprehended on several charges including failure to appear in court, possessing heroin and violating probation. His bond is set at about $135,000, according to the Brunswick County Police Department.

Rogers and Evans, 23, married in 2012 and separated during the summer of 2013. The couple shared a brief marriage of a little over 50 days.

Evans is not a stranger to the justice system. She and Rogers were arrested in April 2013 for heroin possession and assault but the Teen Mom personality had most charges dropped. In August of this year, she was arrested for assaulting the girlfriend of ex-fiance Nathan Griffith.

Evans and Griffith ended their engagement for a second time in July of this year. The mother of two revealed an argument about enjoying nightlife caused the couple to split.
