LOS ANGELES, Oct. 6 (UPI) -- Will Smith is "pretty certain" he and longtime creative partner DJ Jazzy Jeff will go on a world tour following the release of "Fiesta."

The actor and newly-returned hip-hop artist revealed the news at the end of an interview with Beats 1 host Zane Lowe where he discussed facing his fears and upcoming projects.

"The most important thing is I'm pretty certain I'm going on tour," he revealed. "Jeff and I actually never have done a full tour...[because] I was always on the Fresh Prince of BelAir, [or] was always making a movie."

Lowe, surprised by the news, asked, "are you excited?"

"I'm terrified," Smith replied.

The actor and father to teens Jaden and Willow Smith said he's planning for a complete world tour during the summer of 2016. He credits his son for inspiring him to return to his music with his "reckless abandon" and fearlessness toward what others think about him.

"I was looking at [Jaden] the other day and he's one of the only individuals that I've ever met that absolutely, thoroughly and completely, authentically does not give a damn about what somebody thinks about him," Smith said. "And that is such a gift."

Smith released his first single in 10 years, a remix of Colombian band Bomba Estereo's "Fiesta," last week. The actor's last album Lost and Found was released in 2005.
