Janet Jackson, Missy Elliot release new dance track 'Burnitup!'

WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (UPI) -- Janet Jackson's latest single from her upcoming album Unbreakable features rapper Missy Elliot and a high-energy beat.

"Burnitup!" has been continuously performed during Jackson's ongoing world tour, but became available for tThursday. The third single from the artist's first album in seven years, "Burnitup!" reportedly made its radio debut on BBC Radio 1 overnight.

The first two singles from the project include a title track and bedroom jam "No Sleeep" featuring J.Cole.

On social media, collaborator Elliot described the new song as a "clubbangger" and highlighted the fast-paced beat's creators including Jimmy Jam.

Jackson's Unbreakable album will reportedly include "reflections" about the her childhood and late brother Michael Jackson. This is Jackson's first album since the death of her brother, who is remembered as the King of Pop. The album is slated to drop on Oct. 2.
