ATLANTA, Sept. 5 (UPI) -- The video that famed filmmaker Tyler Perry created for Bobbi Kristina Brown's funeral this summer is now on Facebook.

Perry, a longtime family friend, said he posted the short movie "A Celebration of Our Princess" Friday at the request of Brown's survivors.

"On behalf of the Brown and Houston families, we would all like to thank you for your prayers and support. God bless," Perry said in a message accompanying the video, which featured photos of Brown with her family in happier times.

Set to her late mother Whitney Houston's hit "You Were Loved," the montage opened with a quote from Brown, saying: "I hope you feel my love, pain, beauty, agony at times, blessings all the time. No one understands me. And I don't expect them to, but I will try to spread my love and my story through words and this blessing of a powerful voice mom has given me."

The video ends with the message, "Goodbye for now."

The daughter of recording artist Bobby Brown died at the age of 22 while under hospice care in July after months in a medically induced coma. She never fully regained consciousness after she was found non-responsive Jan. 31 in a bathtub filled with water at the home she shared with her boyfriend Nick Gordon.

Gordon, who was banned by Brown's family from visiting her in the hospital, rehab and hospice where she was treated, is being sued by Brown's conservator for wrongful death.

The lawsuit claims Gordon gave Brown a "toxic cocktail," then beat her while he was in a drug-fueled rage and placed her while she was unconscious in the bathtub. Gordon has denied any wrongdoing.

The Houston estate asked if I would share this tribute that I put together for Bobbi Kristina's private funeral. On behalf of the Brown and Houston families, we would all like to thank you for your prayers and support. God bless,
