Other expenses include Thompson keeping the couple's $3.2 million house in Pacific Palisades and with no prenup, De Laurentiis must give her former spouse 50 percent of all net book royalties for all books she published during their marriage, along with 50 percent of the unpaid advances for new cookbooks she has in the works. Bank accounts totaling more than $2 million will also be divided.

The Food Network Star announced their split on Facebook in December, writing, "Although our decision to separate comes with a great deal of sadness, our focus on the future and overwhelming desire for our family's happiness has given us the strength to move forward on separate, yet always connected paths. Todd and I share a beautiful daughter and a lifetime of great memories that we both treasure more than anything. We are so thankful for our friends and family, and really appreciate the support in this time of change."
