WASHINGTON, July 1 (UPI) -- Facebook has updated their longtime logo, according to reports. The new logo is now typed in a less-distinguishable font than before, with several slight differences.
According to Brand New, a blog which follows logo redesigns of major brands, the change comes as a surprise. Tweeted by Facebook product designer Christophe Tauziet Tuesday afternoon, the new logo dons slimmer, rounder text and a single-story "a" as opposed to the former logo's double-story letter.
