LOS ANGELES, June 23 (UPI) -- Conrad Hilton was arrested Monday on suspicion of violating a restraining order issued by his ex-girlfriend, Hunter Daily.
Officers arrived to Daily's Hollywood Hills home at 4 p.m. in response to a reported restraining order violation, LAPD spokesman Officer Mike Lopez told the the L.A. Times. Hilton was found in the home and taken in for custody.
This is the second time this year the youngest Hilton heir has been involved in legal issues. Last month, the 21-year-old turned himself in to the Riverside County authorities for an incident back in 2014 where he allegedly led an officer to a high-speed pursuit before crashing his car.
Hilton was charged with a felony of reckless evading a police officer, but was immediately released on a $100,000 bail.
In March, Paris Hilton's younger brother plead guilty to attacking flight attendants on a British Airways flight traveling form London to Los Angeles in July 2014. According to Entertainment Tonight, Hilton was sentenced to three years of probation and 750 hours of community service.
