LOS OLIVOS, Calif., May 29 (UPI) -- Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch has been listed for sale for $100 million.

The Wall Street Journal first reported the news about the King of Pop's California abode.

The property, now known as Sycamore Valley Ranch, is located 40 miles away from Santa Barbara in Los Olivos. The 2,700-acre estate once housed amusement park rides, orangutans and an elephant. Now the acting real estate agents revealed that only the train station and a llama remain.

In 1988, the Billy Jean singer bought the ranch for $19.5 million and named it after Peter Pan's home. After living at the estate for over 15 years, Jackson ran into financial issues and needed an investment firm to buy the property as a joint venture with the pop-star.

Only serious buyers will be allowed to see the inside of the house. "Our seller is not encouraging a lot of showings," Harry Kolb of Sotheby's said. "We're not going to be giving tours," Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby's, who shares the listing added.
