ATLANTA, May 29 (UPI) -- Bobby Brown will keep daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown on life support indefinitely.

Media Take Out declared Bobbi Kristina Brown would be taken off life support last weekend. Reps for Brown, Cissy Houston and Pat Houston subsequently denied the rumor, telling People it was a "false story."

"It's background noise," a family source said of continued speculation about Bobbi Kristina Brown's future. "Bobby hears these reports, and it's annoying to him. He hates that people are just waiting for his daughter to die."

"Let me tell you this now," the insider continued. "Don't believe any reports that Bobby is going to take her off life support. He's never going to do that. I don't think he'll ever go there; if there's a 2 percent chance, a 1 percent chance, a 0.1 percent chance, he will keep hope alive."

Bobbi Kristina Brown remains comatose nearly four months after she was discovered unresponsive in her bathtub. The actress is the only child of Brown and late ex-wife Whitney Houston, and is currently under the guardianship of her father and Houston's sister-in-law, Pat Houston.
