"Such a gorgeous ceremony, so peaceful and spiritual," the star wrote. "The christening was held at a traditional Russian Orthodox church here in Los Angeles and it's respectful for women to cover their heads before entering."

"When we speak Russian we call her 'Dasha,' so her saint's name is 'Daria,'" she shared. "Amazing fact, Dashiel was born on April 1st which is also Saint Daria's Day! Amazing, right? She was born on the day of her namesake patron saint!"

Jovovich and Anderson met on the set of Resident Evil in 2001, and welcomed Ever in 2007. The couple married in 2009, and will begin filming their sixth Resident Evil movie, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, in August.
