Maci Bookout 'so lucky' to have boyfriend Taylor McKinney

The couple announced they are expecting their first child in December 2014.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., May 27 (UPI) -- Maci Bookout is happy to have boyfriend Taylor McKinney.

The 23-year-old reality star declared as much Tuesday on Twitter after the season 5 finale of Teen Mom OG saw her pressure him to get engaged.

"Taylor is one of the most amazing humans I have ever known and I love living life with him... seriously. I'm so lucky," she tweeted.

The episode saw the couple find the perfect house, and Bookout's ex-boyfriend, Ryan Edwards, express approval of her new beau. McKinney went ring shopping and appeared ready to pop the question, but ended with, "Guess you'll have to stay tuned."

Bookout and Edwards came to fame on MTV series 16 and Pregnant, and are parents to 6-year-old son Bentley. The reality star and McKinney have been together since 2012, and confirmed they are expecting their first child in December 2014.
