HOLLYWOOD, May 22 (UPI) -- Joe Jonas says he and "Bad Blood" diva Taylor Swift are on good terms since their breakup in 2008, and although he's been spotted with model Gigi Hadid, he's still "a single man."

The Jonas Brothers frontman, 25, sat down with Access Hollywood Live Thursday to discuss his new NBC variety show, I Can Do That, when he was shelled with questions about his love life and friendship with Swift.

"She's great. We're friends," he told hosts Billy Bush and Kit Hoover, who then remembered that her hit "Forever & Always," was written about him.

"That's part of being a musician, I guess. You write songs about each other," he said. The actor and singer said he doesn't see the BMA winner much, though.

"In this industry you meet a lot of people and you stay in touch. Obviously, it's tough to be friends with people that are always constantly traveling, but yeah, we're cool," he shared. Nowadays, Swift has been romancing Calvin Harris, who encouraged her to stray from writing about her past relationships.
