SALT LAKE CITY, May 15 (UPI) -- Mitt Romney and Evander Holyfield are an unlikely duo, and that's why they're about to settle their differences in the ring.

All jokes aside,, the pair is scheduled to spar Friday in Salt Lake City to raise funds for Charity Vision, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing healthcare to the impoverished around the world.

A new, silly promotional video for the fight features Romney and Holyfield trash-talking as if it was a professional championship.

"Hi, I'm Mitt Romney," the ex-presidential nominee opens. "You've heard my critics say that I'm out of touch, that I'm stiff, that I just don't relate to people."

"For years, I've been listening to garbage like that and I decided to fight back. How do you do that? By taking on the former heavyweight champion of the world."

The perspective then switches to Holyfield's, who narrates over a montage of him exercising, "I've trained every day for people a lot tougher than Mitt Romney -- does he even work out?"

"You may think this is just a joke, but I'm taking this very seriously," Romney retorts in a gym setting just as his phone rings. When he answers, the machine he was using continues moving with the help of his "trainer."

"Well it's true, I don't have much of a right hook, but when I get somebody's ear, I can be pretty formidable," he said, alluding to the infamous fight between his opponent and Mike Tyson, which resulted in an ear on the floor.

"I'm too quick, too agile for him," Holyfield said. "Mitt, you can't run, you can't hide. Come get your whoopin'!"
