NORFOLK, England, May 6 (UPI) -- The royal family of four headed to the countryside, less than a week after Princess Charlotte's arrival.

The duke and duchess of Cambridge, along with Prince George and the newest member of their family, left Kensington Palace on Wednesday and headed 110 miles north to Anmer Hall.

Their newly renovated residence is located in a small village, giving the parents the proper privacy they need to nest with their children over the summer.

With 10-bedrooms, an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court on the property, a source tells People, "Its like a fancy farmhouse."

Neighbors are welcoming the new family on the block with open arms but still intend to give them their privacy.

"We are all pleased to know that they are coming to Anmer, but we aren't going to be too forward about it," a local of Norfolk said. "There won't be a huge street party or anything like that. We hope they will be happy here, which I am sure they will. And we hope to eventually see them out and about with Princess Charlotte."

Kate intends on being home with her offspring for a while longer compared to her short maternity leave after having George. William is on paternity leave until June 1, for which he will return to training as an ambulance pilot nearby the family's manor.
