LOS ANGELES, May 4 (UPI) -- The Kylies and Kendalls of the world may not be too happy about the Jenner sister's latest move. The girls are trying to take their fame status to another level by submitted paperwork to trademark their first names.

According to information first found by TMZ, last month Kylie Jenner filed an application to trademark her name to "entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture."

Kylie Minogue may have some ill-will towards the 17-year-old if the trademark goes through.

TMZ reports that Jenner, "also wants to mark her territory for personal appearances "by a celebrity, actress and model'."

Kendall, who recently dropped her last name to be taken more seriously in the high fashion world, has also filed the same paperwork with the same reasons listed.

What does that mean for others that share the name with the famous siblings? If the trademark is issued, their names will have a specific font that can only be used by them. If someone else uses it, they would technically be allowed to sue.
