NEW YORK, May 3 (UPI) -- Rosie O'Donnell's estranged wife Michelle Rounds is seeking full custody of their 2-year-old daughter Dakota.

TMZ said the former couple -- who are due in court Tuesday -- currently have equal, shared custody of the little girl.

Rounds plans to ask the judge overseeing the case to order O'Donnell to submit to random drug testing until their custody arrangement is finalized. Rounds has alleged O'Donnell is drinking and smoking marijuana excessively, charges O'Donnell denied.

O'Donnell filed for divorce from Rounds in February after less than two years of marriage. She also announced she was leaving The View panel for a second time due to stress.
