LOS ANGELES, May 1 (UPI) -- Kim Howe's two adult stepchildren have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against reality TV star Bruce Jenner, a driver in the multi-vehicle crash that resulted in Howe's death in February.
People magazine reported the legal documents allege Jenner was "negligent, careless and reckless" when he rear-ended Howe's Lexus on the Pacific Coast Highway and pushed it into oncoming traffic where it crashed into a Hummer.

The publication said Jenner's representative had no comment on the lawsuit Friday. The amount of damages the family is seeking was not specified.
The fatal crash is still under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
