New Victoria's Secret Angels announced

COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 28 (UPI) -- The new Victoria's Secret Angels are upon us. The lingerie brand announced ten new models will be joining the already established group of ladies.

After Karlie Kloss and Doutzen Kroes hung up their wings for various reasons, there was much speculation about which rookie models would take their place.

The company released in a press release Tuesday that the models now joining veterans Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldrige and Behati Prinsloo are Kate Grigorieva, Taylor Hill, Elsa Hosk, Martha Hunt, Jac Jagaciak, Stella Maxwell, Lais Ribeiro, Sara Sampaio, Romee Strijd and Jasmine Tookes.

Each newly crowned Angel has graced the brand's catwalk before during one of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Shows.

"The expanded Angel lineup gives Victoria's Secret the largest group of contract models in its history and the most powerful collection of established and emerging models in the world," the press release stated.

Also, Victoria's Secret announced that May 2 will be their inaugural 'International Bombshells' Day.'

"The brand will offer exclusive, limited time specials at stores, and online at VictoriasSecret.com. Women are encouraged to pamper themselves, embrace their "inner Bombshell", spend time with friends and, maybe, do a little shopping."
