Jessa Duggar, Ben Seewald expecting first child

SPRINGDALE, Ark., April 21 (UPI) -- Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald are expecting their first child.

The 22-year-old reality star and her 19-year-old husband revealed the news in an exclusive with People, telling the magazine they are "looking forward to being parents."

"We're expecting!" Duggar announced. "We are so excited. The due date is November first, our wedding anniversary."

"I am feeling pretty good," she added. "The morning sickness was different every day. It's getting better, but I'm still hanging onto the heartburn. And I don't have any super-serious food cravings."

Duggar and Seewald started dating in September 2013, and married in Bentonville, Ark., in November 2014. The couple previously expressed a desire to adopt children, and the reality star said they are "still making plans" to do so.

"We have started talking baby names," she shared. "I think having this first year together to share our lives, just the two of us, has been special. We are definitely excited to be parents."

Duggar and Seewald will share a special message with fans on Tuesday's episode of 19 Kids & Counting. The TLC reality series follows Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and their 19 children, and returned for a 10th season in February.
