NEW YORK, April 18 (UPI) -- Actress Demi Moore is asking $75 million for her three-floor, Manhattan penthouse.

The New York Times said the Ghost and St. Elmo's Fire star and her then-husband Bruce Willis bought the cushy co-op in the landmark San Remo building from Saturday Night Fever producer Robert Stigwood in 1990. The Central Park West unit has five bedrooms, spectacular views, a library, a media room and a dining room.

A two-bedroom, two-bath, lobby-level apartment is included in the asking price.

Dustin Hoffman, Diane Keaton and Steven Spielberg have all called the luxury building home throughout the years.

"We looked at everything on the park, Fifth Avenue, Central Park South and Central Park West, and there was just nothing like it," Moore told the newspaper in an email.

"The location, architecture and history of the San Remo were on a completely different level," she said. "I'm spending the majority of my time in my other homes, and this apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time."
