LOS ANGELES, April 17 (UPI) -- The full trailer of Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice leaked online Thursday just one day after director Zack Snyder tweeted a 21-second teaser.

An apparent handheld or smartphone-capture of the trailer was uploaded to YouTube before quickly being removed minutes later, Hollywood Reporter reveals.

The trailer, featuring Portuguese subtitles, begins with a man's voice asking, "is it really surprising that the most powerful man in the world should be a figure of controversy?" over a sinister score.

Toward the end of the trailer, which presents a barrage of voices questioning the antiheroes, an ominous Dark Knight with glowing eyes asks a hovering Superman, "Tell me, do you bleed?"

The Man of Steel smashes to the ground before Batman's voice is heard again, "You will."

The film is scheduled for theater release March 2016 and stars actors Ben Affleck (Batman) and Henry Cavill (Superman).
