LOS ANGELES, April 6 (UPI) -- Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has purchased a property in West Hollywood's Sunset Strip and reportedly plans to turn it into a nightclub.

According to Page Six, Paltrow got the property -- a Hustler Hollywood store -- from adult entertainment honcho Larry Flynt.

"The building is in escrow and the Hustler Hollywood store will be moving to a new location in Hollywood later this year," Flynt's rep, Arthur Sando, said. "The current location will remain open until that time."

The Iron Man actress bought the building with her business partner Gary Landesberg and plans to build "the Arts Clubs similar to the one in London," according to TMZ.

The venue would include a luxurious restaurant, a nightclub/lounge and an area designated for artistic and other kind of events. The club will reportedly enforce a strict dress code and patrons will likely have to pay an onetime registration fee, as well as a yearly fee. In London each fee is $2,000.

Paltrow last starred in the comedy Mortdecai and made headlines Monday over reports that's she's gone public with her relationship with television producer Brad Falchuk.
