Bruce Jenner buys secluded Malibu home for $3.6 million

MALIBU, Calif., March 4 (UPI) -- Bruce Jenner has purchased a secluded Malibu home for $3.575 million.

The 65-year-old reality star was said to have rented the house in February, and sources confirmed this week Jenner bought the property. The move comes in the wake of his Feb. 7 car crash that left a woman dead and rumored gender transition.

The 3,500 square-foot home sits high above El Pescador State Beach, and features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The house is constructed mainly of concrete and glass, offering 360-degree mountain, canyon and ocean views, and includes multi-zone radiant heated floors and a swimming pool.

Jenner previously lived with then-wife Kris Jenner in Hidden Hills, Calif., and was renting a $14,500 per month Malibu home toward the end of their marriage. Kris Jenner filed for divorce after an 11-month separation in September 2014, and the couple's divorce will become official March 23.
