LOS ANGELES, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Teen reality star Kylie Jenner is reportedly buying her very own home months ahead of her 18th birthday. Yahoo celebrity reports Jenner is buying a $2.7 million home in The Oaks community in Calabasas, Calif., where her older sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian live.

— Complex (@ComplexMag) February 25, 2015Jenner, who has her own line of hair extensions and is expected to create capsule collections for Pac-Sun and Topshop this year, is reportedly paying for the 4,900-square-foot abode herself and her mother Kris Jenner handling the logistics of the purchase.
The five-bedroom house also features a library, a pool, spa, home theaters and three garages.
Jenner is expected to move to the home in August after her birthday on the 10th. The star most recently made headlines her rumored boyfriend Tyga, 25, shared a picture on Instagram complimenting her on her beauty.
