LOS ANGELES, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Zoe Saldana stunned in her first post-baby appearance at the 87th Academy Awards. The 36-year-old actress turned heads in a pale pink Atelier Versace gown at the annual Oscars ceremony. The form-fitting dress showed off Saldana's enviable figure, which she credited to breastfeeding and a healthy diet.

"They have dressed other new moms before and they basically said, 'Okay. Just give us the measurements. It's going to be fierce,'" she said to Us Weekly of her custom couture. "This blush [gown] just completely blew us all away. And I felt so beautiful."
Saldana was accompanied to the event by husband Marco Perego, whom she married in June 2013. The couple welcomed twin sons Bowie and Cy in November 2014, and recently shared a first photo of themselves with the boys on Instagram.
Saldana last appeared with Chris Pratt in Marvel film Guardians of the Galaxy, and is scheduled for a number of upcoming projects. The actress will reprise Uhura in Star Trek 3 in 2016, and return as Neytiri in three Avatar sequels.
